I am writing this thank you, as a result of support I received from Victor via live chat.

I had an issue where my partner left my web site. In his leaving he also deleted all information. It made for a stressful situation. I was able to acquire a copy of a back up that was supposed to work.

Here is where Victor really stepped up to the plate. In contacting live chat I was fortunate enough to have Victor on the other end.

I had tried many times to restore a back up and had just as many failures. Victor was willing to see if he could make back up I had available work. He tried, yes, he tried very hard and was very patient with me. ( turns out back up was a dud) Victor, dealt with my problem in a manner I would describe as way above and beyond the call of duty. I spent several hours with him on live chat and he was a pleasure to deal with and obviously very skilled in his abilities. I am so happy with his service, I just don't know where to start and where to end in saying how pleased I am.

Victor was able to restore my site to where I wanted it. I am so grateful.

So, Victor, THANK YOU VERY MUCH for all your help and your professional attitude and hard work.

I agree baddude, this is an awesome host with way above average support and fair pricing. However, I do disagree with you suggesting you referred myself. It is totally misleading to take credit for my being apart of eUKhosting.

Congrats Victor - its great eUKhost values its customers and go above and beyond the call of duty to ensure problems like this, which any hosting provider can refuse to help on, are dealt with until they are resolved no matter how long it takes. This is what all businesses should be doing - just because you can make someone's day and get their website back up and running for that person, and not thinking about how much it would cost for a staff member to personally deal with your issue hours on end! Keep up the good work eUKhost!

I don't think he was taking the credit but could be he is genuinely glad he has referred you to eUKhost . Hundreds of customers have referred many new customers to eUKhost and I think the company equally thanks and appreciates to all of those who have referred customers to them.

He never refered myself here. I can promise you that. So for him to take take credit is an out right lie and misleading. He is not taking credit for this. There is way more to this story and I would more than willing to explain to admin here.
