andre and samson i think his name is should be trained to give customers the correct info and not fob them off to make customers belive in that something is going to get sorted
the key to keep customers is to give them the correct information and not lie to customers
and also a key to a good support is to email ya customers if there is a problem and to tell them befor it gets longer in the day
thanks alex p for telling me what ya doing but because of the problems eukhost has given me today i will not be updating my server to a newer one
