    Default verry unhappy with live chat

    here is my feedback about live chat

    andre and samson i think his name is should be trained to give customers the correct info and not fob them off to make customers belive in that something is going to get sorted

    the key to keep customers is to give them the correct information and not lie to customers


    and also a key to a good support is to email ya customers if there is a problem and to tell them befor it gets longer in the day


    thanks alex p for telling me what ya doing but because of the problems eukhost has given me today i will not be updating my server to a newer one

    Apologies for the inconvenience caused. I have reviewed your live chat conversations with Andre, Samson and John R.

    Since the issue was with the billing system which has been developed by our in-house development team, it had to be escalated to them. As mentioned by John R, the issue was initially looked into by some of our support team members but since they were unable to fix it themselves, they had to escalate it to development team. The development team members were unavailable yesterday which caused the delay.

    Allan R from the development team has fixed the issue now. Please feel free to update the ticket RUS-374-27817 or post here if you need any further assistance with the billing system.
