Hi.

I have been having an issue with a component on a website i host for some time now, after going back and forth with the vendor and EUKHost support, with no resolution, I came through to Vincent today, and he was able to help me resolve the issue, with some excellent customer service.

I just wanted to post this to give a big thankyou to Vincent, and to tell the people at the top to give this man a pat on the back, a bonus and a promotion!
