Currently, I have a high traffic forum hosted on a VPS at another web host, which is really not reliable and don't allow me to know what was the issue if any occurs. So, I am positively looking forward to host at another web hosting company. Along with that, I am also interested in storing my data at another place for security reasons. Can I backup specific files using the R1Soft Data Backup Software ? Suppose I want to backup only few directories from the server, is it possible ?

Its not possible. R1Soft Data Backup Software takes complete backup of your account. However, you can restore specific files and directories using R1Soft, but backup of particular file or folder is not possible.
