VHosts and DNS

Hello

I want to set up some VHosts within Apache on Windows, and if I wanted to do this locally I would just need to edit my hosts file to make them accessible. Do I need to configure Windows DNS on my server and add the appropriate zones/A records to make the VHosts 'publicly accessable' from the internet?

For making your website publicly accessible through internet, you will have to update Windows DNS on your server and also point the A records to the server.
