    Default we need to re-point my domain

    The email is constantly down and I am getting no response from yorhost. I have a feeling they are going down. Is it possible for you to take on my account ? what happens if I can't contact them and we need to re-point my domain?

    I advice you to take a backup of all your emails and data if you have access to the website control panel. Once you have the copy of backup, it can be restored on our server after purchasing a suitable hosting package. Once the data has been uploaded, you can contact your domain registrar and get the nameservers updated so that your domain points to our server. I believe that this is the best possible solution for you.
