what do I need to upgrade?

My site is hosted on a virtual server. The traffic is not high about 1gb/day but CPU usage often exceeds its capacity. Do I need to upgrade my plan? to increase Ram or something??

Yes, you'd have to consider an upgrade inorder to have a higher processing capability. If CPU is the only concern, I suggest you to consider our Shared Cloud package.
