Someone can give me some advice here .

Can anyone able to register domain name like yellowpages.com , .biz or .org .mobi etc and create somesort of business directory submission service ...without getting trouble with the trademark law .

If so ,what the way to get around it ?

The name yellowpages use by many countries ...are they able to stop you creating a website with the name yellowpages or something similar

or people have the domain name called yellowpages dot whatever needs to consider what country business directory service they going to provide?
