Cannot purchase any domains via my WHMCS?

Hi,

Been asked to purchase a few more domain names on behalf of a client.

I have logged into my WHMCS area and clicked on "Domain Name Availability Checker".

The domain I require is showing as available.

However, below the text telling me it is available, when I click on the "Order Now" button, it loads up my Shopping Cart page and tells me my Shopping Cart is empty?.

Thats as far as I can get, I've tried "Empty Cart" and starting from the beginning again, but it just does the same over and over.

Hi Gary,

I tried to order 3 domains under your billing account and there was no such error, our billing system added all 3 domains in the cart and I successfully managed to get to the payment page for all 3 domains in single cart.

Some of our customers have reported similar problem recently with domain registration process, but we are not able to verify this problem as we've tried to replicate same problem using different browsers, but there's nothing similar showing up from our side.

Please provide me with some more details as I need to find out what exactly you are doing from your side to get to this problem.

I appear to have solved the problem by simply logging out and then back into my WHMCS area.

Domain purchasing working fine now.
