I just wanted to see who's doing it and what are your experiences? I'm thinking about going into it myself but I still don't have all the facts straight. Any opinions are appreciated. Thanks.

Right, you can buy a domain name, create a blog or a website, work on the seo of the website and increase its pagerank and then you can resell the domain name at a higher price.

I think Domain Flipping is good business for those knowing the market and expert in domain tasting/domain kiting ( it's generally considered as loopholes ) by which one can register a domain name and cancel within the grace period to check the marketability of the domain names. However I am not sure about the registrar which allows to cancel a domain name within the grace period for refund.

You can purchase already established domains (if you are ready to spend a good amount of money in this business ) and increase their value by getting good rankings in search engines or by increasing backlinks for the domain or by any other way and then sell those domains to earn some profit.

Well, I do not know anyone who will be interested in this, however, you can contact people who already belong to the niche of the site you have created or who are looking to establish themselves in the same niche on the internet. The amount you can get for this depends on the kind of site you create and the number of backlinks you are able to generate.

6. Review, and when happy, place on internet.

7. Now, it is online; Update it regularly, with new content and also extras.

In my honest opinion, it's usually hard to find good domains to flip without developing them. If you develop, prices can easily increade 10-100 times from what you bought it for in very short time.
