    Default Domain name value

For all you people trying to sell your domain names, how exactly do you put a value on it? Is there a standard that you go by?

No pricing standards come into focus when it comes to domain names.. the name itself & it's age proof it's worth

    Default RE: Domain name value

    Hi,

Can a domain name value be higher if itself has a premium keyword like loanlondon.com for example - could that be considered a "premium domain" and therefore a "higher value"?

    Default Domain value calculator

There are many websites that calculate your domain's or websites's value based on traffic, back-links, page rank etc. Make a search on Google, you will come to know.
    here are a few:-

    Default Domain value

No, as domain value is calculated on the basis of no. of back links, Page Rank and traffic a site is driving. Before a domain is registered, it is not promoted at all. It is after you register a domain and then start it promoting and hence its value day by day increases if it is promoted constantly.

first is to visit domain marketplace, find similar domain name in term of domain age, backlink, pagerank etc. And you can now estimate the value for your domain name.

you can start with sedo, a very large domain marketplace, easy to use

I find there are a lot of factors to consider when setting a price on a domain name, such as:
-Amount of searches for the particular keyword (if any)
    -Age (older is better)
-Related sales: What have similar domains been sold for?
-Which alternatives are out there and when were they registered?
