Default The domain name versus content

I'm getting a problem determining my domain name for my website, based on my keywords that I'll use for my articles. What are the things to consider so as to come up with the most relevant domain name?

If the domain is for a company, you might want to put your company name in the domain, this makes it easier for your customers to find you on the Internet. Although a longer domain is harder to remember, it can contain more keywords, which is important as some of the search engines use keywords in a domain name as part of the search algorithm. But be careful of domain names that are too long, it makes it difficult to remember & prone to user input mistakes. And finally, make sure your domain name can be verbally communicated. You do not want to constantly repeat or spell it out..

One of the better ways of choosing a domain name which can not just represent your brand but would help you earn an SEO benefit is to use some of the popular keyword research tools. You may want to register a domain which contains the keywords that gets the maximum searches. This should help you get ranked well in the search engines.

I grew up believing that the shorter your domain name is the better. A short domain name is easy to say, to write on your browser's address bar and to remember.

Exactly, a domain name needs to be shorter too, but it needs to fulfill your other requirements too

I go for short domains for the same reasons. You can put keywords in your domain name, just try to keep the domain name limited to two words (or three words at most).
