Domain Names For Sale

Hi!

I own the following domain names (most are parked on a well-known marketplace since about last 2 months or so) and wish to sell them as fast as possible.

Please PM me your best offer. I will positively respond to those who have PMed me a reasonably good offer (for example, in the low-to-medium GBP xxx range and above). IMHO, these domains have good medium-length Search Engine Optimization (optimized) keywords.

The domains are on NameCheap site, so if you also have NameCheap account, the domain can be pushed to you with ease. For security purpose the sale of the domain will be through Se*do.

These domain names have extremely good Search Engine Optimization value, having great keywords embedded in them.

For example, the "DatingAdultFriend" keyword has 2 extremely popular keywords -- "Dating" and "Adult Friend", Dating gets millions of searches every day, and Adult Friend gets roughly 14,000 plus phrase-searches PER Day! The domains can be easily used to also build your CPA-related sites due to the fact that these domains are very popular generic keywords.

Re: BIN Price... It's not any auction as such in true sense. I am a humble member here and have much respect for all members of eUKHost. I wrote privately to dear Paul the reason why I am selling my domains. <**edited**> I cannot give that reason publicly.

The point is, I simply want to sell my domains as fast as I can for a very valid reason, at much lower price of what it has been quoted on that other site. In my opening post, I have clearly stated:

I gave a hint there: The "low GBP xxx" in the above quote means anything starting GBP 100. I hope this clears any doubts.

I am not a person who would keep some good person who PMs me first a reasonably good offer on the sidelines and wait for a better (read: higher) offer. People who know me on this forum would definitely agree that I am a straight-forward person and wouldn't play games on my friends here. Therefore, when I said that I will positively respond.... I really aim to do that -- Very Positively, because I expect the sale to go through as quickly as possible for the same reason which I wrote to dear Paul in my PM to him.

So, if someone wishes to get any of the above domain, I humbly request to quote me anything equal to or above GBP 100 and I shall be very happy to get the domain to him or her as fast as possible.

There is, of course, nothing to hide... and to be very honest, this is the first time I am selling anything so big (I tried only once before on this same forum), so for me, it's a straight-forward selling effort. Again, I am looking forward to the first person who offers a good price -- I admit that NOW I may get offer of only GBP 100, and believe me I shall sell. This is precisely why I didn't wanted to mention any quote / BIN / etc. But I am also aiming to purchase a lot of domain names -- extremely high quality in all top niches soon. So when I have that ability to find what others may have missed, I have absolutely no pains if I get only GBP 100 as offers. God Bless!

If I am able to sell just 7 of those at GBP 100 each, I will be able to make some dear one very very happy in my family, so I shall never have any regrets about whatever the price I would have got on the other site. If someone purchases any 7 of these domain names quickly, I may also be able to surprise him (or her) a bit more!

What is a valid NC account?

It has been seen that even if the buyer has a NC account, because of invalid or absent contact ID, the "Push" of the domain name does not take place. So the buyer must have all the details correct in the NC account to get possession of the purchased domain name (from a fellow NC account holder) into his/her own NC account. This is one of the top reasons that a "Push" doesn't take place on NC between its members.

At Se*do, I believe that a domain name sale through their Escrow system has a commission fee of GBP 35 or 10% of the Sale Price of the domain (more Se*do rules and conditions apply ), whichever is higher, which I as the seller will be required to pay. Hence the price of GBP 100 for every single domain name.

At GBP 100 selling price, it leaves me just a very small profit margin after putting in valuable hours of research work, paying for the purchase of the domain name at NameCheap, and then investing some more precious man-hours in marketing those domains.

Has anyone heard of the new launch of the DOT CO domain extension, which is supposed to be replacing the DOT COM extension as the main TLD?

Please give me your opinions as people are saying the the SE's, especially Google will rank these extensions higher...

I still think that Quality SEO will determine positions.

It would be good to hear your thoughts.
