Default Domain still not showing up?

    Hi folks,

Registered two domains on behalf of a client on the 10th of December. A .com and a .co.uk

The .co.uk one is still showing Registration request being processed when I run a WHOIS check on it. In the past its not taken anywhere near the "Up to 72 hours" for propagation of any domains I have registered and I wondered if this was anything to be concerned about yet?. The thing is, the client is expecting to be able to use email accounts that I am setting up for them on Monday ( tomorrow ).

Will submit a support ticket with further details.

Think that's that all sorted out then, thanks to Patrick from tech support.

Turns out that when the domain was registered it was pointing at incorrect nameservers. I think I've had that happen before strangely enough. Anyway, thanks Patrick, much appreciated.

    Hi Gary,

Glad to see your domain's name server issue being sorted out quickly

Regarding the wrong name servers part, whenever a new domain name is being registered from the WHMCS ENOM API interface, it has to be provided with a pair of name servers. We've setup a default pair, which are needed to be changed to those of the shared servers'; hosting the domain; once the domain gets registered fully.. I think that's what was missing here earlier.. Good luck & hope had a wonderful weekend

I too am having this issue (only been 24 hours for me), what nameservers should I be poiting at? I currently have ENOM and WHM pointing at ns78.eukdns.com. & ns79.eukdns.com. (pre-configured, not set by me).

    Cheers
    Chris
