I own a shared hosting plan with EUK. I have a domain name registered with name.com I want to update the nameservers and point them to EUK. However, the email address they have provided to contact seems to be not working. How can I get my nameservers updated please? Whom shall I contact, the hosting provider or name.com?

Well, if you wish to update the nameservers of your domain, you will have to contact your domain name registrar (as your domain is registered with name.com, you will have to contact them ). If it is not possible for you to get in touch with them via Emails, you can contact them via Phone or any other means of communication

The hosting provider cannot update the nameservers of your domains if the domains are not registered with the hosting provider If your hosting provider is the domain name registrar and you have registered domains with your hosting provider, you can contact them and ask to update the nameservers of your domains
