The first domain name does not make any sense to me and hence I would suggest you to stay away from it. The 3rd domain can be used if you are going to offer offshore hosting services. If not, the second domain name is the best choice.

To be honest, I think you should look for some other domains as there are still some domains available which can prove to be better as compared to these domains
