Question about 3 Letter domains

Are 3 Letter domains worth getting?

I have a few 3 letter .de's, .infos, .us, .ca and .biz

Do you think 3 letter domains of these are atleast worth a little more than their reg value?

It's not necessary that 3 letter domains have more value than the price they have been registered for as this depends on certain factors, however, if you have got some domains which have been registered before and had some backlinks, you may get more than what you have paid for registering those domains.

Well... two letter domains are more worthy, but i think that in most TLD's are not allowed anymore.

Yes, you are correct, Most of the registry do keep the 2 letter TLD in reserver with them and are not available for registration. Eventhough when you check its availabilty you can see those domains as available for registration but cannot be registered due to the reserverd domains with the registry.

Well, as far as I know, the decision to reserve the two letter domains has been taken by the domain registry itself and hence it's definitely legal.
