    Default Selling domains

What are some good markets to go to in order to sell your domains? I own a domain with a pretty good name that I think is worth at least 100 dollars and I am trying to come up with somewhere to unload it at.

Have you ever tried Sedo? I think it is the most recommended place to go when it comes to selling or buying domain names. You can also promote your domain names on webmaster forums.

I agree. Sedo is very popular when it comes to selling domains. You can also try eBay and Craigslist...

I've heard of people selling their domain names on eBay as a marketing strategy to get traffic. I know you really want to sell yours, but if you don't get the price you want right away, the promotion you create selling it might help increase its value.

I agree with keatons_flat, its kind of win-win situation. If you aren't satisfied with the price at which someone is ready to buy, you discard the idea for sometime and work towards strengthening the value of the domain online. This should help you with getting a higher stand while negotiating about the price and close the deal at a higher price.

If someone is looking at buying a domain, it's an investment for them. That's especially true for people who are in the business of flipping domains. If your domain and website are showing an upward trend in value including visitors, buzz being created, etc., that should put you in a good position.

Sedo is the best marketplace I have ever used. I also sold some domains through some forums, but if you want to go for a professional service, try Sedo. Good luck!

NameCheap is a good place to get your domains auctioned. You should try it our or at least try the auctions in GoDaddy.

IMO, the webmasters and domain name related forums are the best place to buy and sell domain names. As it is an investment, businesses should take care while buying the domain. The buyer should measure all the necessary aspect like PR, Site Statistics, DA, Backlinks, etc... while purchasing the domain name. Cost of a domain name usually depends on the above points.
