Transfer out - unlock domain and authcode?

Hi,

I've initiated a transfer from eukhost to 123-reg for a domain.

Previously when I've done this (from other registrars to 123-reg) I've had to unlock the domain and obtain an authcode from the existing registrar. Do I need to do this at eukhost? If so, I can't see where.

Hello,

You will need to email our Billing Team at billing [at] eukhost.com and they will be able to get you through with AUTH codes etc.. to transfer a domain away from us.

Procedure for transfer of .co.uk domains and .com domains is completely different.

You will need to email our billing team from your email address registered in our billing system and request them to provide with the authorization key if you have a gTLD domain. If its a .co.uk domain then you need to ask them to change IPS tag of your domain to 123-reg.
