Default What is an EPP Code for a domain ?

EPP stands for Extensible Provisioning Protocol. When a new domain is registered an EPP code is generated and saved at the global registry. When a new domain transfer order is initaited the "authorization key" or "EPP key" is required for each domain name to begin the process of domain transfer.

ICANN regulations, a verification email or fax transfer authorization is also required. The concept was followed to protect and secure the transfer of the domain names between two registrars for some selected extensions.

It makes our jobs as moderators very hard and I personally find it rude to be ignored. Adding back a signature bigger and brighter which is spam is not acceptable on the forums. I am sorry but you will have to find somewhere else to post such links. Have a nice day .

    True.

It is a real pain in the *** to keep deleting posts and spammy signature links in forums. Probably, you could allow him to keep them in the near future if he keeps posting regularly.

I would do. But he / the company he is promoting have no intention of posting anything but nonsense, repeated posts and other useless drivel.

I did give him the chance, 3 chances actually and he wasted them all. So its his loss that he can't join such a nice community .

Banning means they can't recreate that profile and we are also able to use other methods to stop them returning. If we delete, they just remake the same profile straight away. They can get banned and then deleted some time after.

Unfortunately yes. But I like to think that we, the moderating team, keep on top of it as much as possible .
