Is there any legitimate and reputable company/website where you can get your domain name appraised on, so that you can convince your buyer to buy your domain at the price the company suggests?

I haven't noticed a website yet where you find reviews and suggestions of domains which should be purchased and praises for such domains. However, you will find many websites where you can park your domains and get bids for them.

Thats correct, even I haven't seen any such website that would appraise a domain. Rather, on what grounds one would appraise such domains that's the basic question, unless you have content, backlinks and some amount of exposure over the web, I don't think if any such sites would be of any benefit.
You may instead try and register with the few of the forums that are related to the domain names and try and sell them there. This would offer better chances for you to sell the domains off.
