Hello - I need help

Hello, I need some help, not sure if I am even on the right forum and I am hard work oh and completely uselss but my lovely webman is on holiday - so inconsiderate and my website which is hosted i think that's the correct term, well the website is sat on Luton summat or other servers and its springing faults left right and centre and I need to know which buttons to push - please, pretty please and thank you - anyone???

To be more specific in the hope that someone can point me in the right direction, when i am updating an order to dispatched - oh I have a zen cart, its bringing up a fault that says: Email Error: Could not instantiate mail function. Please check Admin->Configuration->Email Options->Email Transport.

And now I have another fault when I try to update product quantity - this one says: An appropriate representation of the requested resource /removed a bit from here/product.php could not be found on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

If anyone can tell me who i need to speak to or wnyone can help at all I really would be grateful.

It seems some of the pages required for Zen cart to function weren't properly uploaded or aren't present on the server, hence the problem & followed by the 404 error as well. Try reinstalling the Zen Cart or open up a support ticket & we'll do the needful..
