Question Bandwidth Limit Exceeded on 3G

    Hi Guys!

    I'm very confused!

I've just moved my website from a resellers hosting to a VPS. EUKH did the migration and everything seems to be working fine on all my sites from what I can see, however one of them is preforming very oddly.

On the resellers hosting account this site outgrew the bandwidth limit on a regular basis and was the sole purpose I moved to a VPS. I have setup a new package on the VPS for the site and gave it tons of bandwidth.

When I view the site on my Mac the site loads 100% fine, however when I load it off my iPhone via 3G it kicks back a 509 Bandwidth Limit Exceeded error.

Before you ask, yes I have cleared all of the history, etc on the iPhone.

I am also running a website monitoring tool and it seems to e-mail me every few mins saying, website up, website down, website up, etc.

The whois records show that the domain is pointing to the new VPS.

Can anyone shed some light onto this one?

    Hello Gary,

I do not think its a server issue. You would have seen the error on both your browser as well as your IPHONE if it was the server causing it. I believe you have accessed the site simultaneously on the phone as well as the MAC and it shows the error on the phone only. Have you tried to reset the IPHONE to flush the DNS cache on the phone ? If the error still persists can you send us a ticket to support @ eukhost . com and provide us the ticket number for further investigation.

    Regards,
    Ray
