Late last week I requested and paid for (Invoice 77879) an upgrade to my VPS hosting account at 213.1x5.206.162 from a VPS account to Semi Dedicated Hosting account. This was completed, and the support team managed to upgrade the account and keep the IP address the same (#IKN-96947-983)
However, Invoice 77266 for the VPS account (which has been upgraded to semi dedicated) needs to be cancelled, but despite attempts to simply have the invoice cancelled (NOT the account at 213.175.206.162, it appears your support staff think I wish to delete the account altogether!

Please take a backup of all the Files,Folders and Directories on your Local Machine, so that we can cancel your L-VPS-03 - 213.1x5.206.162 from our Billing System & Terminate the same from our Server as well as we will remove the invoice which is raised for its renwal. Please confirm us,if you have the backup with you so that we can proceed with the cancellation request.

Can you please confirm that I simply want the invoice removed from the system for the VPS (as it is not relevant - I paid for the Semi Dedicated upgrade to the same server IP), and to NOT delete my account and files from the Semi Dedicated at 213.1x5.206.162.
I just wish to communicate with someone who understands my query properly. I've tried via email and support webchats.
