This is my first public complaint and I have only resorted coming here after not getting the help I need through live support despite numerous communications.
Lately every day more or less I get a cpanel license file error in WHM every time I go to sign into it, I use live support to ask for it to be fixed. They fix it for me and all is good. Until the next day, I try and sign in, I get the same message again. I contact live support and they assure me it is fixed permanently not three times they have said that to me.
Every day I am wasting my time and eukhosts with such a small problem and I am getting sick of it, I feel like going elsewhere over this because it shouldn't be happening so often.
My server is the one associated with my forum email address if someone with more technical knowledge would help to permanently sort the issue out for that would be excellent.
I am not one to complain but this is beyond a joke to me now. I tried live support today but look no one is around to help me with the issue that should have been fixed already:
This issue should have been fixed and sorted a long time ago, now I am stuck without WHM/Cpanel access and a very unhappy customer.
