    So 5.16PM, still no update as I was promised on Live Chat. No help so far, have had to login and sort it out. Have been hit by two spiders each requesting pges in rapid sucession and no regards for robots file. Have added them to the firewall and things seem to be better.

    Have also change the maxclients, keepalive, etc. settings. Reduced them so sites are slow, but with any luck more stable.

    Thanky ou for the help. It has not crashed, touch wood, for almost 5 days or so. Essentially when I installed the database cleanup script. One of the sites is creating a large database. Not sure why, other than it is having loads of bots and spammers hitting it. Assuming this is creating a large cache. Again not sure why, can't see any settings that should be allowing for this.

    Anyway, regularly clearing the cache tables appears to be doing the trick, for the moment.
