cPanel Account Redirects to 'Welcome to cPanel' Page?

Bizarrely, I've just migrated this account:
Irish Countrywomens Association : Welcome To The Brand New ICA Website and it's redirecting to a cPanel welcome page instead of the actual website, whereas, Irish Countrywomens Association : Welcome To The Brand New ICA Website works fine, any suggestions?

We are able to access Irish Countrywomens Association : Welcome To The Brand New ICA Website without any problem. It seems that the domain is still under propagation due to which you are getting Cpanel Page. Please allow sometime for DNS propagation and let us know if the problem persists after that.

Hi,

The problem lies in the site's IP configured on the server. Login to WHM & follow these steps to check/fix it:

Navigate to Main >> Account Functions >> Change Site's IP Address >> Account IP Modification

Select raggetthomes.com from the Domains section, on the right panel you'd notice that the 'Current Address: 75.xx.xx.xx' which is incorrect.

You need to change/switch that to your VPS's IP, ie. [94.76.xx.xx]. Once done, your site would work fine
