Cpanel not licenced

I have submitted a new ticket AGG-935-48810.

I keep getting the same recurring error with cpanel not being licenced. I contact live support and after around an hour it is fixed, but it is still not correctly set up - responses to tickets stating I can change passwords under 'Account Functions >> Password Modification' are not very helpful as as I have stated in the tickets, that function is not visible to me even under root. Tonight live support is not available so a simple job has to wait hours until I get a response to my ticket.

Please get this sorted out ASAP, it is very tiresome to have to contact support every time I want to make a simple change or set up a new password.
