EL182 problems

Whats happening on EL182, we had downtime of 2.5hrs earlier, back for 20 mins and its gone again, status page says servers under migration and now downtime will occur...

3hrs + in total so far this afternoon... please let us know what is happening

RAID on the server was degraded, due to which performance of the server suddenly dropped and it becomes very sluggish and all the hosted VPS are responding very slow. They become inaccessible even its running on the main hardware node.
We have migrated all the VPS from that server to the new hardware node. Now your VPS is up and running fine from last 51 min. Please check and verify once.
