    Default eUKhost are an excellent supplier - incredible support

    I do not know what planet you are on. EUKHOST are destroying my business. They are frequently changing my site onto different servers and losing data every time. They then deny they have done this. Trying to get hold of them to get help is impossible. I now have clients who are refusing to use my site because of lost data. I am looking into legal action against EUKHOST and would strongly advise anyone considering using them not to.

    I am wonder why you are telling it? i had many vps from EukHOST and now i have Dedicated Server.support team transfferd my data to new server many times without cost !

    Hi Medwin,

    Your websites were running from 2 VPSs from last 6 months and nothing had changed on any of those 2 VPSs from last 6 months. Your allegations on eUKhost are baseless as no data was migrated or deleted from any of your VPS from last 6 months.

    It might be a case of some DSN or some mssql database table having issues. We can get this sorted for you as nothing has been migrated or deleted from any of your windows VPSs.

    Is this why today I have been offered by you an upgrade to a different server in compensation......... If you are seriously saying that there is no lost data then why are you compensating me for it?

    I find what you have written dishonest and ill-informed. Please check your facts.

    Nothing has changed on your VPS from last 6 months. I would like to know what has been lost as you keep on saying "I lost data", but you never say what has been lost.

    I find this hilarious - we have been trying for a week to get the lost data and it has been explained again and again to various people from EUK host over the phone - do you seriously expect me to give you the details of one of my clients' lost and sensitive data in this forum?

    If you want more information then I suggest that you contact Steven Kam from your own business as he has been dealing with it - or at least trying to.

    To say that nothing has changed on my vps over the last six months is a lie. It has been moved from server to server without me being told which has resulted in not just lost data for my clients, but also lost updates from my developers.

    I suggest you get your facts straight before replying.

    Pathetic. If anyone out there is thinking of using this cCompany then I strongly suggest you do not - they are absolutely pathetic and incapable of giving decent customer service or even honest responses.

    Hi Medwin,

    It seems you don't know what data you have lost, but you keep on repeating same thing "I lost my data" in every ticket and every forum thread. We have no problem in issuing full refund on the VPS plan you have with us, but you should not use such method to claim compensation from a hosting provider. Your claim for £27k on the VPS looks absolutely childish.

    Thank you, I shall take you up on your offer of a full refund made above as this has been made without any conditions attached. I trust that you will also return the domain name registration fee which you charged me since you have nothing to do with my domain name. You should by now have received an e-mail detailing where the refund should be sent to.
