    Default HyperV Server performance problems

My WPS server has been showing NTVDM.DLL running at 99% 3 times in the last two days.
The first 2 times support have rebooted the server and it has come back up for a period of time, but it has now happened again and I'm finding it unacceptable.
Every time this happens all my client sites become inaccessible.
Could someone please assist and let me know why this is happening?

    Thanks,
    Gareth

    Hi Gareth,

I see from your chat you are going to run an AV scan on the server. let me know how it goes and if you require any further assistance.

    Thanks,
