We have emailed you and asked for the correct number so that we can call you to verify the order. Please check Ticket No: UPN-600-49388. Server setup time would be 4-6 hours after we verify the order over phone.

I hope you should not have any problem in providing us required details which is a part of our order verification process. It's for your safety so that we can verify that you are aware of the order placed on your name.

That's absolutely fine if you do not wish to comply with our verification process and thereby not keep your hosting with us. The verification process we have in place is for the best interests of our clients to avoid fraud prevention. In case you are not aware, we do have a privacy policy in place according to which all our clients' data is kept confidential including phone numbers.
Alternately, we did give you another option to verify your order if you are not comfortable sharing your phone number with us.

Just to throw my 2p in, it does seem that you are being a little unreasonable jpucik. I mean, what's the problem with giving your phone number? I no doubt expect it is listed on the Whois entry for your domain. When I worked for an ecommerce company the only people that were adverse to verifications checks such as this were people who were attempting to commit fraud by either using someone elses cards / details or by trying to obtain goods / services by deception (such as cancelling payments after service or shipping).
You may or may not be trying to do this, I don't have a clue because I don't know who you are but the verification process is really quite simple and I don't know of anyone legitimately placing an order that wouldn't want to comply with such a simple process.
