My server has now been down for 24 hours.
It seems to me that this is down to eukhost performing an unauthorised upgrade from Windows 2003 to Windows 2008 which has wiped all applications, DNS entries and user accounts.
In attempt to discover what was wrong (and having no access to the server as my account was wiped), I have in the last 24 hours contacted live support a number of times, submitted two tickets and had a lengthy discussion on this forum trying to determine what as wrong.
Not once has anyone acknowledged there is a problem or identified why all services were unavailable.
After finally getting access to the server tonight a quick look at the events logs indicated the OS upgrade.
Now there are two issues here - (1) the OS upgrade which I did not request and knew nothing about and (2) the complete lack of any response whatsoever through any channel since I pointed this out.
As I am going to be wasting most of my weekend fixing this perhaps you could offer some assistance by responding to my ticket or at least ofer an acknowledgement that something has gone wrong.
