For some reason plesk has forgotten some of the web applications that were installed within domains. I have ended up removing them to put them back in. It seems to have happened during the 9.2.3 upgrade. This is a nuisance as it means you end up with a load of mysql databases floating around that you don't know what they're for.
Egroupware seems to be the biggest problem as when I checked the admin user had an email address ending in .ru which I certainly hadn't set. I deleted it. Reinstalled it but it doesn't work properly as many of the pages just go blank when you try and add a user or edit the admin user. Is it possible that the egroupware in the APS catalog is a corrupted version? The older one isn't available but it is woefully out of date anyway.
I think the blank page problem is down to the pear libraries which I thought were installed with plesk so why doesn't egroupware find them? It doesn't find the /var/lib/php/sessions area either so logging in with php sessions isn't possible. I have been using the egroupware out of the aps catalog as the one with plesk is ancient.
Also the default installation leaves the header.inc.php world readable. If you were new to egroupware and didn't know about doing the installation check you would never know.
