Guys
Appreciate everybody thinks their problem is urgent but I really do need urgent help. I've tried live chat several times last night / early hours of this morning. This is the only time EVER I've rung the support line & they can only promise me an update within 2 hours.
Please, please could someone look at ticket #QTK-616-54455
