Rebuild VPS

Is it possible to have my VPS "rebuilt" so that I can, basically, have it in the state when I first got it? I've done some tinkering in the couple of years I've had it and I feel I could do with getting it back to its pre-tinkering best.

Obviously I'd take backups of the sites etc. beforehand!

It is indeed possible for you to get a Rebuilt VPS. You can take the backup of the data you have on the VPS and then send an email at support[@]eukhost.com from your registered email address and ask our support department to rebuilt the VPS for you

What prompted this thread was that my VPS is running very slowly, with a high load. I submitted a support ticket this morning, but nothing was really done to rectify it.

I'll admit to not being great at tracking down the source of these kinds of problems, let alone rectifying them. Would it be possible for someone to do it for me? Certainly, if I can avoid having to back things up, have the VPS rebuilt, then restore it all again that would be preferable.

One of our admins had updated Ticket: SMB-748-20650 that he has optimized Apache and asked you check and revert, but you haven't replied the ticket. We have upgraded RAM from 384 MB to 512 MB. Server should work fine after this RAM upgrade. Please check and update Ticket: SMB-748-20650.
