Scheduled Rack Migration Of VPS Nodes

Dear Customers,

We apologise for the delay in intimation.
We have scheduled a migration of some of our Main Hardware nodes to a new Rack on 20th and 25th July 2010 between 11:30 pm and 06:00 am.

The servers will be moved to a new rack and we are taking all the necessary precautions during this move. No action is required on your part.
The rack wherein we are migrating the servers is a brand new rack which is power efficient and delivers excellent performance.

None of the IP addresses would change. IP addresses of all servers will remain the same even after the migration.

Your co-operation will be highly appreciated during this move.

The list of Main Hardware node which will be moved are mentioned below along with their respective Node IDs and the date of migration. The servers will be moved in batches and re-racked as quickly as possible, we expect each server to be down for no more than 30 minutes.

NOTE : You can get the Node IDs from billing area.
The Node Id is mentioned after the vps ipaddress ie. (10.10.10.138 #NodeID)

Hi,

There was a problem with network on EW15 node which has been fixed
by data-center engineers. All VPS on EW15 are responding now.
