A few weeks ago I signed up to your Server Monitoring Service. Over the weekend I have received several emails with the following error:
IP: xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx (I have removed the server IP for security)
Snmp status: Offline
How can I fix this problem?

Hello Paul,
Snmpd service was not running on your VPS due to which you were getting fail notification emails. We have started the service, now you will not get any notification emails.
You can also restart the snmpd service from your VPS shell using following command.
====
service snmpd restart
====
