    Hi Chris, we did have few issues lately, to which all of them have been rounded off. Are you still experiencing problems with accessing the VM or the services hosted on it? Please let know so we can investigate further if any other problem still persists on the storage or on the virtualization platform..

    Seems ok atm, but it usually goes down early hours of the morning. See if tommorrow is ok. But had 12 hours and 5 minutes of downtime within 4 days due to storage problem so far 109.203.124.60 (July 2011)

    Please add credit to my billing account. No need to use PayPal. I'll use credit to renew services.

    Just gone down again

    I think I'll be better off just setting up a standard Shared hosting account on dedicated server and using that instead.

    Site is backup now. John from eUKhost sorted it. I was told it wasn't related to the storage problem, instead it was something to do with iptables/network.

    Please close this thread. I'll create new thread if I get anymore problems.
