terrible support from eukhost.com

hi

I maintain many vps with eukhost.com for a long time. During an urgent security issue i asked from them to block all russian ips from 5 of my vps (tid FRH-919-31216)
. I provide them the ips from denyip.com and i asked them to block them through csf.
For more than 1 day not only ips are not blocked but some of my vps are down cause something happened during the addition of ips.
I contact several times with their live support chat and NONE is dealing seriously with my issue. They ask me again and again the same questions just to gain time.
Sorry for saying that but their support sucks more than my terrible english

There is some incompatibility issue with the iptables modules on the node on which the ip deny is not working for your vps's. We are investigating the issue & it will be fixed as soon as possible. We will update your ticket & this forum post once the issue is fixed.
