pls first forgive my terrible english.
i maintain many vps with eukhost.com and i must admit that many times they have helped me a lot but this last time i needed their help i saw the worst face of their support department
at my vps all my clients there report to me that no one can receive email.
i report it immediately to chat and open a ticket at the same time.
although i noticed through plesk panel that smtp service was not working eukhost guys assured me that this was a spam / blacklist issue
i trust them. they supposed to be experts not me...
i call them many times on chat cause i received no reply (after first typical answer of them - we are looking on it ) . Their answer was typical. Senior admin is looking on it. I heard it (read it to be exact) many many times. i call them every 3-4 hours to chat and i always had to explain from the start the case . You see no one was willing to report at ticket for reference reason. They may think that this was a waste of time for them
Each time they told me that it was blacklist / spam issue and senior admin is looking on it. I have the strong feeling that senior admin has start to looking at my issue after 36 hours and after my strong protests on the eukhost staff
now after many calls many posts and after 36 hours and more without emails they told me that its a mail server issue and they have to re configure it.
sorry eukhost guys but this support department let me down. And not only that. Shit happens to all companies i can understand. This attitude to a long and faithful client of yours as i am for many years now is unacceptable
