    Default Urgent: Server down and no live support

    My server is down and there does not seem to be anyone in customer support today (is it a holiday in india or something?????)

    vps server ip 213.175.196.203

    please help!

    I can login to Virtuouso but not WHM and all client accounts are down. Something about diskinodes issue and it appears some services are not running.

    Hello,

    Yeah, the problem was with Diskinodes due to which HTTPD was unable to update Apache files. I have checked and found following in Error Logs
    root@server [~]# tail -f /usr/local/apache/logs/error_log
    [Sun Feb 15 18:40:05 2009] [error] (122)Disk quota exceeded: Cannot create SSLMutex with file `/usr/local/apache/logs/ssl_mutex.20109'
    Configuration Failed
    [Sun Feb 15 18:40:05 2009] [error] (122)Disk quota exceeded: Cannot create SSLMutex with file `/usr/local/apache/logs/ssl_mutex.20114'
    Configuration Failed
    [Sun Feb 15 18:40:05 2009] [error] (122)Disk quota exceeded: Cannot create SSLMutex with file `/usr/local/apache/logs/ssl_mutex.20117'
    Configuration Failed
    [Sun Feb 15 18:40:05 2009] [error] (122)Disk quota exceeded: Cannot create SSLMutex with file `/usr/local/apache/logs/ssl_mutex.20123'
    Configuration Failed
    [Sun Feb 15 18:40:06 2009] [error] (122)Disk quota exceeded: Cannot create SSLMutex with file `/usr/local/apache/logs/ssl_mutex.20132'
    Configuration Failed
    Now I have increased the DiskInode limits and httpd is working fine.

    I took a VPS package on Friday. My IP address too begins with 213.175.*.* which is also the EUKHOST IP range.

    Every day at least four to five times (the times I have noted it), my VPS and all sites are inaccessible. So is the EUKHOST site.

    I have already opened a ticket (KRS-44862-722).

    I am hoping EUKHOST will be able to explain whether they are aware of the problem and if it will be fixed once and for all.

    This is quite worrying as I lost data.

    We have checked and there was no network issue with the server on which your VPS is hosted. The exact reason of the problem which you were facing is been described your ticket "KRS-44862-722". Please go through the ticket and take the necessary steps to avoid such problems.

    Could you then explain why EUKHOST.COM is down at the same time as my IP?

    You aren't the only user facing this problem, and at this moment in time Virgin have failed to do anything useful.
