    Thumbs down VPS down for 14 hours and counting

    I've been back and fourth with LiveChat but I'm no clearer to understanding the issue with my VPS, it's on EW105 and it went down around 1am this morning.

    All I get is - "our senior admins are working on the issue" - which I'm increasingly finding difficult to believe.

    Our clients are fuming, I'm pi55ed off and I still don't know what's going on.

    Dear Pete,

    I have got an update from our support team about the outage on Node EW105. The system files of the node were found missing after it was rebooted so the OS on the main node was repaired which took time and resulted into this outage.
