    Hello,

    We have already started the process of setting up the new hardware server and move all the VPSes to it with same IP address without any down time.

    This process will take some time to complete and will keep updated on this.

    Hello,

    Currently server is not having any issue, all VPSes of the server is up and running fine.

    New server setup completed and migration of the data is in process and everything start working from the new server in next few hrs.

    This is getting beyond a joke now. My server is off AGAIN. How am I supposed to be able to get on with building websites if the server I'm building them on is always going off. It is ridiculous!

    Someone please go stick some dynamite under the parallels engineers as it is likely to be their dodgy software that is at the bottom of this.

    If it didn't involve an ip address change and even more downtime then I'd move over to a cloud and have cpanel.

    Hello,

    I have checked this and after investigation as per My investigation report, there is one of the VPS on the main server that is creating the heavy load on the node. And i am tracking it out and will take a necessary actions over it as soon as i am sure with it. I do apologize for the inconvenience caused to you and all the other VPS's hosted onto this node.

    Load issue of one vps knackering the others. Therein lies the reason to move to a cloud!

    Wretched server of mine is now complaining about invalid licences and that I only have a licence to host 1 domain... pretty sure I can host lots more! Plesk is really the pits.

    this problem has been sorted now. James has been upgraded to a cloud server and something similar will never happen on the cloud server.

    I would recommend same solution for srichards. Please feel free to message me on MSN if you need my help to upgrade to a cloud hosting plan. I will issue some discount to make sure you don't need to pay more than what you are paying for the Virtuozzo VPS.
