I have a server that includes two 500GB hard drives
The first hard drive is now 95% full, can anyone please illustrate the process of uploading on the 2nd hard drive?

Assuming that the second hard drive does not belong to a RAID 1 configuration, you will have to configure the respective application that is accepting the uploads stored on it.
A Raid would be useful if you wish to achieve fault tolerance, but the only drawback is that, it cuts the usable resources into half.
In this case, you'll need to make changes to the settings manually so that the new data that is uploaded gets written on the second drive.
If you have a control panel associated with the server, you can make the necessary changes to its settings from there as well. A symlink needs to be created for that purpose. You can contact your host to get things working well.
