    Default Lacking Quality technical Staff

    i am with eukhost from last 1.5 years , we run magento on dedicated server,Last week i have upgraded my server to eUK E3-1230 paid 12 months upfront thinking that i will get good technical support.
    raised the ticket to install eAccelerator and Varnish (ticket id YXP-216-30776) waited 2 days, no one answered the ticket just passing the ticket one to another.at last i give up and closed the ticket.
    raised one more ticket to migrate old server to new(RFC-282-13510 16 November 2011 12:11 AM) .some one done half migration and left in the middle till now its not done.
    i am very unhappy with the technical staff.

    At Last Kieran was kind enough to help me,he has resolved all my issue.
    I wish there Should be more People like Kierans in eukhost, so that we don't have to waste our time.
