Pay £20 for reseting WHM password

Today I tried to login my WHM, but it seems my password is not working. It's strange, but more strange is when eukhost support says it will cost £20 to reset my password. Of course, I will pay, but first I want to know where is the list of prices about this sort of tech issues.

I log in now in my eukhost client area. Its curious, but in my server details, as you now, it appears my root passwords, and it is the same I write in my login WHM, but it doesnt work. Why?

It seems is not a problem of mine.

I hope everything is sorted now as your root password was changed and you confirmed its working.

I would like to know who mentioned £20 charge for password reset. One of our staff member did same mistake with another customer and I would like to know if same staff member did it or someone else.
