Server Crashing And Serious Load Spikes

This has been happening since the 23rd/ 24th, major load spikes ie:Server Load: 220.09 at Tue 29/12/2009 00:33. Have been in touch with support but it's not been fixed. This issue happens every night from about 22:30 onwards. I've had to come home from work to see what is going on because I've had a phone call from one of our forum members.

This has only started since the last cPanel,Apache, PHP upgrade. There is something seriously wrong with the server software and I would like it fixed please.

I've got plenty of emails off the server to back this up.

I've recompiled Apache and PHP this morning and it's at it again, up to 255.92 now. I'm in touch with livechat like I've been asked to do

As per our chat conversation, we have made the changes & the load on the server is minimal for now. I am monitoring the load on the server and will keep you updated if the load shoots up.
