Hi

Are there any EUKHOSTS technicians online? I have a problem with my shopping site gutter.at When a customer tries to check out it goes to 404
I have been in touch with EUK since 3pm this afternoon without sucess, I am losing customers.

Dear Alan,

The issue was with the mod_userdir protection enabled on your VPS which was blocking the usage of domain.com/~username/ and in your shopping cart, you are using the same setting.

I have excluded it for your domain secure. Now the url is working fine.
