Hi just to confirm, is dedicated @ eukhost.com support address still available or do we now need to log support requests via your website? (email is easier, especially from iphone etc)
Dedicated support used to reply within an hour max, but in the last couple of months or so the auto reply comes back from support @ eukhost and takes several hours to be answered.
They are all marked as "priority - high" automatically.
I totally appreciate that some tasks are more urgent than others, infact todays wasn't massively urgent, however I just want to be sure if I do have a critical problem I'm using the correct support channel.
Should I be using the new website? I've logged the problem again there.
